No parking was available inside the gated entry to the home. Parking was available in a nearby field and so, walking was necessary. Customers who could not walk the distance needed to make arrangements to visit the sale with a friend who could drop them off at the home's location and park the car in the available field.
Customers were able to enter the driveway to the home for dropping off and picking up passengers and picking up their smaller purchases. Loading of large furniture items were during designated periods. There was an attendant at the gate.
The location for the workshop sale was about half a mile from the estate home location. Signs led customers to the workshop and there was parking in a separate field in that area for the workshop.
This was a very large estate sale with sale items in three locations: the home, the separate garage near the home and the workshop about a half mile from the home. Each location had separate checkouts. We divided the items into separate photo galleries so customers will know where an item was located.
With the amount of items included in this sale, separate locations of items and the parking issues, we planned everything to make it as easy a shopping experience as we could. This sale required some extra time for parking, walking, shopping, checkout and pickup, so customers were encouraged to plan their day to have the time to enjoy everything we had priced for them to see!
This was a large home and a separate sale with the workshop. We've divided the photos into different rooms of the home and then, of course, the workshop area.
