This sale included the contents of the main home, the guest house, milkhouse/garage and the vehicles, trailers and yard equipment.
The 2014 Cadillac XTS was available for sale before the sale dates. Available at the estate sale were a 2017 Polaris Ranger 570, John Deere LX289 17 HP Mower with garden trailer, 2017 Carr utility trailer and a WW 6X16 stock trailer.
The home and guest house included living room, bedroom and dining room furniture (all pictured below). Artwork was throughout the main house.
The leather sofa/chair/ottoman, coffee and end tables, glass front lighted display, buffet with wine storage, flatscreen TV and console stereo were in the living room area of the main house. This room also held the Hofbauer and other crystal, collector plates, Scout & Whistle pillows, picture frames and decor. Above the fireplace was the large "Grand Ol' Gang" by Andy Thomas.
The dining room had a beautiful dining table and six chairs, crystal, Noritake Pasadena, Mikasa Intaglio and other china. The large oil painting in the dining room was "Desert Lights" by Charles Pabst.
The bedroom of the main house had vintage and non-vintage clothing (including an American Airlines Pilot Uniform), accessories, quilts, queen bed with Serta adjustable/massaging mattress, armoire, dresser and smaller pieces of furniture.
The main house also held all the kitchen items, office, laundry (washer/dryer) and bath. The office had a document safe by Sentry and Gun Safe.
The guest house had a full kitchen, table and four chairs, bedroom furniture, exercise equipment, sleeper loveseat, sewing, linens, Xmas, candles and decor.
The checkout and holding areas were in the guesthouse. The jewelry and other showcase items were at the checkout. Checkout items included Brahmin purses, a violin, collectible decor and jewelry.
